My recent stay at Starhotels Ritz was quite good overall, with a fantastic location for shopping and a generous breakfast buffet. though I did encounter a few issues that took away from the experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, which was appreciated, but I did have to ask for hotter coffee every morning. Additionally, I noticed some noise from neighboring rooms. which was a bit distracting at times.
